9/29/2016 · Not how it works on eBay. As a seller, you must accept returns whether you want to or not. Checking the box doesn’t mean a thing and actually leaves you to be taken advantage of. In the future state returns accepted (14 days or whatever) and buyer pays return postage.

2/11/2016 · You do not have to accept a return with a No Returns policy, ebay can not force you to accept it. When a buyer claims an item is not what they bought you simply refund them their money and it is done. You do not have to take it back. You can let the buyer keep the item. Once the money is refunded the case is closed.
